The usage of a LAN cable
If you have two or more computers in your business or even in your home, you may need to network the computers together with a LAN cable. Basically, computer networking is simply a network of computers, which have one gateway and are liked by either wires or wireless applications to have all computers up and running at the same time. The LAN cable will allow all the computers to be online at the same time. Besides that, it will allow file sharing and printing capabilities, along with other resources.
Actually, computer networking can be done in two ways. One is by LAN cable and the other is a wireless connection. A LAN connection actually allows you to physically connect two or more computers together in order to make a network. This network allows you to have all computers sharing information and internet connection. But the only disadvantage of the LAN cable is that there are a lot of wires, which are used to connect each computer to the network. So you need to be very careful, if you want to unplug your network accidentally. On the other hand, in a wireless, you need to use a wireless router and a software program, which will link the computers into a network. There are absolutely no wires going to a router with this connection, as compared to the LAN cables. In addition to this facility, the wireless connection works as efficiently as the LAN cable.
